Combined, the tenures of companies that operate in Whistler total nearly a million acres, meaning fresh tracks always await skiers and boarders on nearly every run.
Single-day heli-skiing is for those short on time but big on powder. Descend never-before-skied runs, and end the day where it started: in Whistler's vibrant village.
There are many options to choose from. The most popular option is a four run package. Three runs usually includes 4,500 to 7,500 vertical feet of skiing or snowboarding (1,370 metres to 2,280 metres). The four run package averages about 6,000 to 10,000 vertical feet (about 1,800 to 3,000 metres). Extra runs can also be purchased.
Powder Mountain’s single-day cat-skiing tours take place at Tricouni Mountain – a place with untracked powder and epic panoramas.
It starts at only $1,050 Cdn for heliskiing or $549 Cdn for catskiing. You can also take a private package with unlimited vertical descent.
